I have been trying to post photos of all my coins. But as I'm not an expert in photography and computer operation, it would take a little bit more time to post all.

A FEW WORDS

Hi Friends,

I’m Amalendra Saha from Bangladesh, aging more than 60 years and I’m a retired government officer. I started collecting coins since mid 1998 and currencies / banknotes since 2000. I collect various types of coins. I have already collected coins of all modern independent countries (192) recognized by the UN except Southern Sudan. I have coins of 2 other independent countries, 11 disputed territories and 44 dependencies. I have coins of 99 Dead Nations, 35 Bengal Sultans and 11 Mughal Emperors. I have currencies / banknotes of about 200 countries. I also collect different types of Tokens. I have been trying to enrich my collection more and more.

At the beginning my wife didn’t support my hobby. But now she not only supports rather inspires me to have a good collection. My daughter having M.S.S. in Public Administration with Honors in B.S.S. from the University of Dhaka and MBA from the Brac University doing a job in the Incepta Pharmaceutical Co. I have a sweet grand-son (Daughter’s son) aging 3 yrs & 9 months. My son completed B.Sc. Engineering (EEE) and now doing M.Sc. in the Texas A & M University, Kingsville, Texas, USA. I’m not so expert in computer operation. My son was kind enough to construct this website and he deserves thanks for that.

Many of my friends, relatives and colleagues helped and cooperated to enrich my collection. I thank all of them.

I hope you would enjoy visiting this website.
